BIGMATH project initial results announced at the 9th International Congress on Industrial and Applied Mathematics in Valencia

During a scientific session at the 9th International Congress on Industrial and Applied Mathematics, which took place in Valencia on 15-19 July 2019, our PhD students Filipa Valdeira, Stevo Racković, and Rongjiao Ji presented projects that utilize big data techniques to reconstruct the human face. Applications ranged from medical imaging to digital animation.
